		<description>Thanks Joel, I will check it out. I actually saw him speak at CIRA&#039;s 2007 AGM, and found it pretty informative (not to mention funny). I think I&#039;ve subconsciously avoided the book because I got the impression it leaned too far to the &quot;user-generated content&quot; / &quot;collective intelligence&quot; side, but that may be unfounded.</description>
